The aim of the procurement is to meet the contracting authority's nationwide need for the delivery of site diesel, auto diesel (F-54) and car petrol (F-67) for all of the Norwegian Defence's and the Norwegian Defence Logisitics Organisation's departments and sites through the establishment of a framework agreement. A framework agreement shall be signed with one supplier for the stated locations, cf. Part 2 Annex B1 Price Matrix and Annex A Delivery Extent, Delivery Time and Conditions.In addition the Meteorological Institute can make call-offs at the location ‘Bjerkvik’, provided that the delivery is the same that the Norwegian Defence had a call-off for.Based on historical figures, the contracting authority's annual need for site diesel (F-54), auto diesel (F-67) and car petrol (F-67) in the period from 2012 to 2014 is:The Norwegian Defence; Year Site Diesel and Auto Diesel Car Petrol 95; (F-67);— 2014 1 700 000 litres 350 000 litres,— 2013 1 095 000 litres 250 000 litres,— 2012 1 080 000 litres 400 000 litres.The Norwegian Defence Logisitics Organisation 2014:Site diesel 90 000 litres per annum.Meteorological Institute.Site diesel 300 000 litres per annum.60 000 000
