The selected collaboration partner must be able to assist Norges Bank/internal audit with audits and consulting assignments in connection with auditing assignments as needed, within the frame of international standards for internal audits as well as the at any given time internal audit instructions.
Selected collaboration partner shall as part of the collaboration, assist with competence beyond the internal audit's core competence, and shall generally be a professional support for the internal audit in the entire Norges Bank organisation. A collaboration model shall be established to assist with the internal audit development in line with best practice.

Previous experience suggests that the need can vary from 1 year to the next. Norges Bank draws attention to the fact that the framework agreements are not exclusive with the chosen tenderer and that the framework agreement in itself does not involve any purchasing obligation.

Through it's international network, the company must be able to offer resource persons for the audit assignments that are defined in the future. Description.
The company shall have an overall quality assurance system that will be used for the fulfilment of the contract. Description.
Methodology for internal audit must be in accordance with for IIA standards. Description.
The company must report any conflicts of interest.
Describe the company's policy and set up for mapping and assessing possible legal incapacity or conflicts of interest.
A report must be provided for any conflicts of interest that may be present at the time of entering into contract, with explanations of how these will not hinder the tenderer's ability to carry out the assignment.
The company must have trustworthy values and ethical standards and an orderly relationship with the authorities, laws and regulations.
