Service Concession Agreement for Advertising Services for Flytoget (The Airport Express Train)

Flytoget AS

Flytoget AS shall enter into contract for management of the Company's advertising carriers, hereunder information and advertisement facilitation. The advertising agreement shall replace the existing agreement which expires 31.12.2015. The purpose of the agreement is to connect with a partner who can manage the advertising carries and surfaces as well as achieve higher advertising incomes in connection to The Airport Express Train's operations as well as improve the travel experience for The Airport Express Train's customers. The parties shall work together for commercial utilisation of the existing and future advertising carriers.

About the Airport Express Train:
The Airport Express Train shall offer the best transport service to and from Oslo Airport with emphasis on safety, punctuality and service.
It is a high-speed train that brings passengers to and from Oslo Airport.
Presently the train has an allowed top speed of 210 km/h.
It takes 19 minutes from the Oslo central station to Oslo Airport.
Departure every 10 minutes from Oslo central station and Oslo Airport and every 20 minutes from Drammen.

K01 Tax and VAT certificates:
Requirement: The tenderer must have delivered tax statements and paid taxes and employers' national insurance contributions and VAT.
Documentation: Tax certificate. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to use subsuppliers, tax certificates must be provided for them as well.

Requirement: The tenderer shall vouch for the company working systematically to comply with the health, environment and safety legislation and that they satisfy the internal control regulations. The tenderer must also confirm that the company is legally organised in relation to applicable tax and working environment regulations for employees' professional and social rights and shall accept that the Contracting Authority has the right to review and verify the company's system for safeguarding health, safety and environment.
