BTV Innkjøp

On behalf of three counties and a number of municipalities in the region, BTV Innkjøp is carrying out a contest on framework agreement for service and maintenance of lifts in buildings. See the tender documentation for further information.
The contest concerns a contract for the service and maintenance of lifts in buildings.
The procurement value is estimated to: 2 200 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum.
The volume is estimated on statistics and the accounting figures for the procurement of equivalent products for the same buyer group for previous years, as well as future budgets. The volume must therefore be considered as an estimate and is not binding. Some of the participants may have existing smaller agreements that will expire after signing of the contract. The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.

Documentation requirement: Requirement for certificate of paid tax, VAT and social security contributions.

The tenderer shall submit an HSE self-declaration. Documentation requirement: HSE declaration in accordance with the public procurement regulations §§ 8-8 and 17-15.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The financial capacity to carry out the contract is required.

Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will carry out an assessment of the finances through the company and accounting information system AAA Soliditet AS (www.soliditet.no/creditcontrol).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Good capacity to carry out the assignment is required, and the tenderer must have good experience from equivalent assignments.

The Contracting Authority wants a report of the tenderer's average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management in the last 3 years.

Good experience and good references are required from a minimum of 3 equivalent assignment during the last 3 years. The tenderer shall provide a list of the most important, relevant deliveries or executed services in the last three years, including information about value, time, and the name of the public or private customer.

The references will only be contacted if necessary.
