The contracting authority invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest regarding the purchase of school, hobby and art subject materials to the participating municipalities' activities.
All participating municipalities are obliged to undertake purchases with the tender with whom the framework agreement is entered into, and the selected tenderer is, after orders are placed by the individual organisations, obliged to deliver in accordance with the framework agreement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Routines on environmental management shall be provided in 1 of the following manners:

Description of the business's routines and systems connected to environment, chemical selection and handling, traceability of raw goods, recycling/minimising of packaging. If the routines are described in the company's quality or environmental management system according to ISO 14001 or an equivalent third party verified systems, a valid certificate, as well as copy of the established relevant routines must be submitted.

A list of the 2 principal deliveries or services during the previous 2 years, including information of scope, date and name of the recipient.

An overview of the total number of man years with competence of the products included in this agreement.
