Røyken Eiendom AS would like to enter into a contract with a turnkey contractor who can construct Bråset swimming pool. The project consists of a new swimming pool with a gym and health centre in Røyken municipality. The building has a (provisional) area of approx. 8 350 m² gross with an outside area of approx. 15 750 m².
The construction start is planned for May/June 2015 with completion in November 2016. It is important for the contracting authority that the municipality has a good swimming pool and that this is established quickly.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— Tax certificate,
— VAT certificate.
The certificates should be no more than 6 months old from the tender deadline.
— Foreign Tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones.
— HSE self-declaration.
— Company registration certificate (for Norwegian companies).
— Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the contractor is established (applies to foreign companies).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— The last year's annual accounts including the board's annual report and the auditor's statement.
— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— The turnkey contractor shall be sufficient capacity and a good ability to fulfil the contract.
— The turnkey contractor must account for how a good final product will be achieved.
— The turnkey contractor shall have good experience from swimming pools/swimming complexes or experience from assignments with relevant equivalent complexity. When assessing relevance, emphasis will be put on, amongst other things, project size, contract form and assignments in which electro, HVAC and ventilation have equivalent complexity etc.

— The turnkey contractor, or at least 2 of the central sub-contractors (electro, HVAC and ventilation contractors), shall be a certified apprentice company or substantiate that they will achieve certification before the contract is signed.
— The turnkey contractor must be able to offer all the services required in the assignment itself, or by sub-contractors and sub-suppliers.
— The turnkey contractor must have a well-functioning quality assurance system.
— The turnkey contractor must have a satisfactory environment management system.
— The turnkey contractor must have a HSE-strategy.
— The turnkey contractor shall have central certification or be qualified for local certification for the right to be responsible in development class 3.
