1. Low voltage installations shall be carried out by certified electro installers group L.
3. ‘Ekomnett’ authorisation (ENA) in accordance with NKOM (previously the Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority).
Central certification requirement in accordance with the Planning and Building Act:
Tenderers must fulfil the authorisation requirements and other qualifications by the tender deadline at the latest.
