Antall eller omfang:
The module building shall be used a temporary teaching premises and office premises from winter 2015 to summer 2017 (a total of 19 months calculated from the turn of the year 2015/2016 up to and including July 2017). After this the contracting authority has an option to extend the rental contract for up to 3 months.The total surface area shall be approx. 450 m2, with 7 classrooms, 4 office places, 4 WCs, 1 meeting room, 1 broom cupboard and 1 photocopying/pigeonhole room.The building must be designed in accordance with TEK 10 and it must be dimensioned for a maximum of 110 persons.The assignment comprises the following:— Assembly, preparation and establishment of a module building,— Foundation works,— Engineering design services for and execution of construction work including the application process and adaptations,— An operation and maintenance contract for the entire rental period,— Relevant insurance,— Connection to electricity, water and sewage,— Monthly rent of the module building,— Disassembly and removal of the module building after the rental period has expired.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain supplementary information about the tenderer's finances.
