NBIM is looking to procure from one provider a real estate investment accounting system for managing financial and non-financial data related to its real estate investments and real estate corporate holding entities.As a minimum the chosen system must be able to satisfy the following key features:— Ability to handle the fund level accounting requirements for NBIM's individual subsidiaries within all the local markets it will be investing in, (US, Europe and Asia);— Ability to cater for local regulatory requirements and be able to aggregate information to Norges Bank, showing relevant financial data aggregated at each level and across markets at same level;— Hosting of the system delivered as a service; and— Implementation of new System including migration of data from existing system.
