Forsvarsbygg Innkjøpstjenester (The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, the Procurement services)

The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's need for;
— Operation and maintenance services that ensure uninterrupted electricity supply (UPS system) with associated batteries, electrical distribution boards, ventilation and cooling installations that satisfy the operative requirements that are set for such equipment.
— Replacement of components on the existing uninterrupted electricity supply (UPS system) with associated cooling installation.
— Services in connection with the battery system.

The procurement concerns one or two service contract, procurement beyond the threshold, cf. part I and part III of the Public Procurement Regulation.
Awarding of contracts in the framework agreement(s) regarding each individually defined contest area, respectively for North Norway and South Norway.
The framework agreements will have a duration of one year (1) calendar year after the start of the contracts, with the possibility for extension for up to (1) one year plus (1) one year plus (1) one year, to a maximum of (4) four years.
All departments included in the Norwegian Defence Estate Agency's organisation can use the agreement within given geographical areas.
The framework agreement can also be used by the entire Norwegian armed forces, i.e. all departments that are included in or under the Royal Ministry of Defence, and which manage and operate their own buildings in the stated geographical areas.
