K 01 Tax and VAT certificate. Requirement: The tenderer shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation: A tax and VAT certificate shall be submitted. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. See:

K 02 Company Registration Certificate — Requirement: The tenderer must be a legally established company. Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate, not older than one month from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Foreign companies: Documentation proving that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

K 03 HSE self-declaration — Requirement: The tenderers shall vouch for the company working systematically to comply with the health, environment and safety legislation and that they comply with the internal control regulations. The tenderer must also confirm that the company is legally organised in relation to applicable tax and working environment regulations for employees' professional and social rights, and shall accept that the contracting authority has the right to review and verify the company's system for safeguarding health, safety and environment. Documented by: Signed HSE self-declaration form. Foreign tenderers: Shall also sign and attach the same HSE certificate.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

K 04 — Financial and economic position — Requirement: The tenderer shall have the financial ability to fulfil the contract. Documented by: Tenderers sahll enclose a credit rating from a certifed credit institution in Norway that shows that the tenderer is credit worthy. The credit rating shall not be older than six months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

K 05-1 Technical and professional qualification requirements — Requirement: Experience from at least three equivalent assignments. Documentation of excellent implementation ability is required. Documentation: A list of the principal deliveries or provided services the previous three years. The list shall contain a brief description of the assignment, the scope/value of the delivery, date and name of the customer and a short description, telephone no., email address and name of the customer's contact person. Listed references can contacted if needed.

Tenderers can, if necessary, use other companies' qualifications to fulfil the requirements for the financial and economic position and/or the technical and professional qualification requirements. If this is the case, the tenderers shall document that they will be able to use the necessary resources, for example, by presenting a binding statement on this from the other company/companies. In addition documentation shall be presented on the relevant companies' qualifications in accordance with the above qualification requirements, depending of which qualification requirement(s) the company shall contribute to fulfilling.
