Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Option for the purchaser to prolong the agreement with further 2 – two years on identical terms. However, the man-hour rate may be adjusted as follows:
The prices for the offered services are fixed for two years after entering into agreement. If the agreement is prolonged, the man-hour rates to the agreement will be adjusted for the next 2 – two years. The adjustment will be in accordance with Statistics Norway's building costs index for houses, labour The basis will be the index from September 2015. In case the hourly rates are adjusted, the wage index from August 2017 will be in force. The hourly rate will be adjusted with 80 % of the index.

3.4 Language
All communication, both oral and written, between the Contracting Authority/their representative and the tenderer/the tenderer's representative shall take place in Norwegian bokmål, alternatively nynorsk. This is also valid at the building sites/work places.

If the tenderer will use foreign workforce, they must have valid residence and working permits. Remuneration and other employment conditions must occur in accordance with Norwegian Regulations and tariff agreements. Remuneration shall be according to the minimum tariff fixed minimum wage and valid work agreements. If during the contract period it becomes apparent that this has not taken place, it will be assessed as a significant breech of the contract.
