In connection with the rehabilitation and safety upgrading of the tunnel, the Contracting Authority wants tenders for the delivery of 10 units of impulse ventilators for the Geiterygg tunnel.
The tunnel is in the high alpine zone along TV50 between Hol and Aurland. The tunnel is in Hol municipality in Buskerud county.

Suppliers shall deliver the number of impulse ventilators stated in the tender documentation, but with the minimum stated combined thrust, and maximum size.Six large and 4 smaller ventilators will be delivered in accordance with specifications in the tender documentation chapter D1.Long-section and cross-section for the tunnel are based on the drawings: C01-C05 and D01 and D02. (Overview chapter D2.)Sign plan and general drawings for installations in and by the tunnel will be according to drawing L01-L11. (Overview chapter D2.) Placing of impulse ventilators are also according to the drawings.The 6 main ventilators should be assembled in the roof bays with a profile of approximately 7570, 8960 and 10370. The four smaller ventilators in the roof with approximate profile 7420 and 10406.All ventilators are to be mounted at a height to lower edge = 4.8 m over the roadway. (In consideration of the need for dispensations for heights > 4 m for centric driving.)The delivery includes delivering of impulse ventilators with service switches, vibration guards and suspension system for mounting to 32 mm threaded rock bolts. (Rebars, galvanised and epoxy coated.)All necessary mounting equipment excluding suspension bolts shall be included in the delivery.Soft starters will be delivered for all ventilators for mounting in boards.The delivery will be taken over and mounted by the electrical contractor for the tunnel.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The company shall meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment. Tenderers shall enclose a completed and signed HSE self-declaration.

Where the tenderer is dependent on other service providers in order to qualify, a declaration of joint and several liability to the Contracting Authority and third parties must be submitted with the tender. Furthermore, each individual participating company in the working partnership must provide information on their company as is required in the tender documentation. Working partnerships will be assessed collectively for all eligibility requirements except HSE. Each participant will be individually assessed for HSE.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The company's tax affairs shall be in order in relation to payment of tax and charges. Tax and VAT certificates must be submitted.

The supplier must have the financial capacity to implement the contract obligations. Annual Financial Statements for the last 3 accounting years will be submitted, including the Boards Annual Report, profit and loss statement, balance sheets, notes and auditor's reports.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The supplier shall have expertise and experience with delivery of equivalent equipment in the same scope and size. A list of the most important relevant deliveries and services performed during the past 3 years, including information about the value, time, as well as the name of the public or private recipients. Services to public contracting authorities shall be documented by certificates issued or confirmed by the authority in question. If the services were for private contracts, certificates should be issued or confirmed by these. In the absence of this, a declaration from the supplier will be accepted.

Where the supplier is dependent on a sub provider in order to be qualified, the supplier must document for the contracting authority that the supplier will have authority over the necessary resources.

This can be documented by the supplier presenting a commitment statement or equivalent.
