The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Southern Region

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Souther Region shall install DAB in several road tunnels. The existing equipment does not support DAB. After installation the system shall cover FM, DAB and DAB+ and intrusion function, both from VTS and intercom panel.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer shall have the requisite economic foundation necessary to execute the contract. The tenderer shall submit Annual Financial Statements for the last two years with auditor's reports.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have carried out assignments of a similar nature, complexity / degree of difficulty and scope/size. A list shall be submitted of the most relevant deliveries and executed services during the last three years, including information about the value, date, and name of the customer and name of the contact person along with their email and telephone number.

The tenderer shall be registered with The Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority (NPT), cf. provisions given in PPR 2002-03-15 no. 276: Regulations on the registration and requirement for introduction and turnover of radio tele-terminals and network equipment. A copy of the registration must be submitted, or a confirmation that the company is registered.

The tenderer shall hold authorisation from The Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority (NPT), cf. the provisions given in PPR: 20111-12-07 no. 1206. Regulation on Authorisation for the company that will carry out the installation and maintenance of electronic communication networks (the Authorisation Regulations). A copy of the authorisation must be submitted.
