Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

— The tenderer shall be a legally established company: Company Registration Certificate.

— Tenderer shall be registered in the professional register in the country of which the tenderer is established: Certificates for registration in a professional register as provided in the legislation in the country of which the tenderer is established.

— The tenderer shall have their tax affairs in order in regard to the payment of taxes and VAT.

— Tax and VAT certificates not older than 6 months. The certificates can be obtained from the local tax collection office or the tax office. Use RF-1244.

a. Norwegian tenderers who are not subject to VAT must provide confirmation of this from the National Tax Board. Use RF-1244.

b. Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

— HSE self-declaration: HSE self-declaration is to be completed.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

— The tenderer must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.

Minimum credit rating required: Credit worthy or equivalent level without requirement about guarantee.

— Credit assessment, not older than 6 months, based on the last know fiscal figures.

Credit assessment or credit rating, no more than 6 months old at the expiry of the tender deadline and based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating institution.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— The tenderer shall have a sufficient implementation ability including sufficient capacity to handle this type of contract and be able to deliver to all the Contracting Authority's entities/locations. Description of the tenderer's administrative and technical units that will be used for fulfilment of the framework agreement. Brief presentation of the company and sales and service organisation. Capacity in relation to the scope of the contract.

— References: The company's 3 most important public deliveries in recent years. Include information about the value, date and name of the recipient with contact information for any reference collection.

— Tenderer shall apply environmental management measures when carrying out the contract.

— Proof of membership in for example: The Eco-lighthouse Programme (Miljøfyrtårn) or equivalent.

1. Report pertaining to the company's environmental management system.

2. Action plan for own environmental initiatives, description of the environmental initiatives carried out in the last 2 years, along with which measures are planned to be carried out in the future.

3. Confirmation of membership in a return scheme for the recycling of packaging (Green Point or equivalent).

— A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be delivered. Enclose a statement regarding the Tenderer's quality assurance system/quality management system or a copy of the the system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.

— Approved workshop according to the Regulation About Vehicle Workshops, PPR 2009-05-13 No 589. Valid certificate of acceptance ‘Approved Workshop’.
