The main project will include the development and implementation of The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research's intranet based on Annex 4, Functional requirement specification for new intranet, and Annex 5, the Government's standard agreements for IT procurements SSA-T. The technical work will mainly be carried out by the tenderer, while content production will be the responsibility of The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research. It should be noted that it is the tenderer and Project Manager who are responsible for the implementation of the project, including but not limited to design, installation and configuration of the system and the framework.For a period of up to 6 years after the expiry of the warranty period for the new intranet, the tenderer shall have primary responsibility for the intranet functioning as stated in Annex 4: Functional requirement specification for new intranet, and Annex 5: The Government's standard agreements for IT procurements SSA-T. Support, operation and maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with Annex 6: The Government's standard agreements for IT procurement SSA-V.2 900 000
