Project manager — The new school Hønefoss South

Ringerike Kommune (Ringerike municipality)

Ringerike municipality is planning to construct a new 3 parallel primary school with a multi-purpose hall south in Hønefoss. The preliminary project shall be implemented as a partnering phase between the contracting authority, the user and the contractor. When the partnering stages is concluded a turnkey contract shall be established for the implementation of the works. The building is expected to be delivered in December 2018.
Through this contest Ringerike municipality shall engage a project manager who shall be the contracting authority's representative during the entire project. The assignment will be initiated at the latest 2 weeks after signing of contract and will be valid until the guarantee period expires.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1. Requirement: The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation payment of tax and VAT.
Documentation: Tax certificate and VAT certificate (not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders).
2. Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Documentation: Company Registration Certificate.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: The tenderer must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
Documentation: Annual accounts, including the management's annual report and auditor's statement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. Requirement: The tenderer shall have experience from similar deliveries. The project management in interaction and the project management of equivalent type of projects (schools/multi-purpose hall).
Documentation: The tenderer shall present a list of the principal, relevant deliveries, including information about value, date and recipient.
2. Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity.
Documentation: Account of personnel, software, technical equipment, etc. which the tenderer has at his disposition for implementation of the contract/assignment.
3. Requirement: A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided.
Documentation: Statement regarding the tenderer's quality assurance system/management system.
