Innovation Norway seeks 25-30 project managers for participation in several of Innovation Norway's services. Innovation Norway requests project managers that can manage one to several processes with typical 8-12 companies in each group. Implementation of 1 on 1 company and management development is also very relevant.
The extent of the assignments is uncertain as this will be subject to major variations. Innovation Norway therefore wishes to engage project managers that shall be involved in projects in accordance with requirements. Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The Contracting Authority shall have the option to prolong the agreement with 2 years on verbatim terms, total maximum 4-year agreement period.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.
— Tax and VAT certificate (this is 1 document).
The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.
The service provider shall be a legally established company.
— Business Registration Certificate.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.
— Credit appraisal/rating, not older than one year, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating shall be performed by a publicly approved credit rating agency and it shall not be lower than D&B score A, or equivalent.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The service provider shall have operative experience as an international manager or project manager with result responsibility during the previous 5 years. A description of the service providers most important relevant projects/areas of experience the previous 5 years, including function, responsibility, location, scope and date.

… business development and/or establishment of businesses in foreign markets during the previous five years. A description of the service providers most important relevant projects/areas of experience the previous five years, including function, responsibility, location, scope and date.
