Project manager — Kilemoen water treatment plant

Ringerike kommune

Ringerike municipality shall establish a new water treatment plant that is connected to Ringerike Waterworks. The water treatment plant shall have the capacity to deliver to at least 60 000 persons. The development shall take place because the production wells have rising manganese values and several of the wells are above the threshold value. There is therefore a need to remove the manganese from the water before it is distributed in the network. In addition there is a need to increase the capacity of the elevated basin in order to ensure reliable delivery. The basin capacity shall be expanded from 2 000 m³ to 5 000 m³.

Requirement: Service providers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation: Tax certificate and VAT certificate (not older than 6 months).
Requirement: The service provider must have a functioning HSE system. Documentation: HSE self-declaration.
Requirement: The service provider shall be a legally established company. Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the service provider is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: The service provider must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Documentation: Credit rating from the service provider, less than one year old, issued by a certified credit rating company. If this is not available: The annual accounts including the board's annual report and the auditor's statement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: The service provider shall have experience from equivalent assignments (project management for the construction of water treatment or cleaning plants). Documentation: Service providers shall enclose a list of the most important relevant contracts, including information on the value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). The references will be contacted if necessary.

Requirement: The service provider shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity. Documentation: Account of personnel, software, technical equipment etc. which the service provider has at their disposition for implementation of the contract/assignment.
