Frogn municipality has decided to construction a swimming complex and renovate the existing Frognhall. In addition outdoor areas shall be developed in accordance with the outdoor plan. New infrastructure and a stadium with a grandstand have been developed in 2015. See the building drawings for this project in the attachment.Frognhall will be emptied and closed before the turnkey contractor starts work.The site has cadastral and title numbers: G. nr: 70, B. nr: 68, address Belsjøveien 2.There is a separate site contract that shall be transported.The mentioned site contract includes demolition work on Frognhall, excavation work for a construction pit (blasting and excavating) and securing the construction pit. The site is mainly made up of rock, with a clay ravine in the construction pit. See the geotechniques report C6.Ground surveys have been carried out, cf. annex C6. Further needs must be assess by the turnkey contractor. Cf. NS 8407 point 23.1 second section and 25.1.1 second section, letter b.The site shall be completed developed with parking ,access, walls etc. in accordance with the outdoor plan.Frognhall shall be completely renovated and a new swimming complex shall be constructed with a gym on the second floor as an option. A second floor is planned over the office part of Frognhall as an option.Energy wells have been drilled for a heat source for heat pumps. These are all in manholes with pipes leading to the construction pit. The energy wells shall be used for Frognhall/swimming complex and the existing Seiersten school. The energy from the wells shall be distributed with approximately 2/3 going to Frognhall/swimming complex and approximately 1/3 going to to Seierstad school. The heating installations in Seierstad school is a separate contract that will be carried out simultaneously.Sanitary installations in Frognhall shall be renovated in accordance with the descriptions.New pipes and sanitary installations in the swimming complex shall be installed in accordance with the descriptions.In addition sprinkler installations shall be established in accordance with the descriptions.Operational plumbing installations including a treatment system shall be established for the swimming complex.Water, surface water and waste water shall be connected to the established infrastructure.The installations shall be connected to Frogn municipality's control plant.New ventilation installations shall be established for the entire building complex, including Frognhall, the swimming complex and the gym.The installations shall be connected to Frogn municipality's control plant.Frognhall/swimming complex shall receive energy from a newly established network station, intake cables shall be connected in a technical room by the network station. Preparatory work has been carried out, see the building drawings and documentation.All general electricity, basic installations for electricity, low voltage supply installations, energy and environmentally friendly lighting installations and outdoor electrical installations are included.All general tele and automation installations and the necessary basic installations are included.The contract shall consist of integrated communication installations, systems for telephony, alarm and signal installations, audio and picture systems as well as automation installations. A separate technological contract will be prepared, which will be transported to the turnkey contractor, this includes, amongst other things:— Telephony,— gate telephone,— paging system,— access control,— ticketing system,— changing room cupboards,— time registering system,— PA system and— information screens.Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment (sub tender).160 000 000
