Statsbygg has been given the task of planning and preparing the execution of a new university college site for Bergen Academy of Art and Design with a starting point of 300 students.
The development in Møllendal will locate all students and employees in the same place, thus providing more effective teaching.
The new premises for the Bergen Academy of Art and Design in Møllendal in Bergen are planned with a gross area of 14 500 m². The project comprises 1 large building structure with workshop courtyard, workshops, project room, studio, workroom, auditorium, offices for the administration, library, video and sound studio as well as a project hall.

The outdoor work consists of casted, slip resistant covers and traps, asphalted roads and spaces, grating bridges (partially for driving), casted reinforcement walls, gabion walls, railings with steel profiles and metal netting, gravel reinforced grass, vegetation, as well as permanent furnishings and lighting.The site is bordered by a railway in the west, residences in the south and north and follows Møllendalsveien from the south to north west. Parts of a natural stone wall worthy of preservation with a wrought iron fence follows the south western border, as well as 5 large trees that are to be kept. The terrain falls from approx. contour line 10 in the east to approx. contour line 2.5 in the north west.

There is an option for a fixed price addition.
There are 30 options for execution and maintenance of the outdoor areas. A detailed overview is in point 3.2 in the tender form.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Documentation: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.
Tax certificates: 2 tax and fee certificates shall be submitted:
— Tax certificate (tax, advanced payment, attachment of earnings, employer contributions),
— VAT certificate.
Tax certificate for tax and for VAT can be ordered at the same place. Tenderers can either apply to their local tax collection office or to the tax office.
The certificates should be no more than 6 months old from the tender deadline.
Tenderers with a registered office in another EEA country than Norway must submit equivalent certificates in accordance with the procurement regulations §§ 11.10 (3) and 20-12 (3).
HSE self-declaration.
All tenderers must submit an HSE self-declaration by the tender deadline. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the attached form in the tender documentation.

Requirement: Good solidity and the financial ability to implement the contract are required.
Documentation: Complete financial statements for the last 3 years including audit reports.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: Experience is required from assignments of similar size and complexity.
Documentation: Reference projects carried out in the last 5 years. With information on:
— the contracting authority,
— the extent of the assignment,
— further description of,
— the assignment,
— value,
— the date of execution,
— tenderer's assignments in the project.
