Contract K401 shall deliver:— Three separate gas extinguishing installations which shall cover six ICT/UPS/battery/main switchboard rooms.— An earthing system inside the building. The earth electrode under the building is provided by another contractor.— Main switchboard and sub distributions in the building, as well as associated cable risers and a circuit system for power points, lighting and machines.— Light fittings in the building, and outdoor lighting.— Emergency light system situated high up, with central battery packages in general rooms, a guide system situated low in escape stairs and corridors.— UPS systems for selected ICT rooms and their supporting systems.— Approx. 25 19“ dataracks, structured data spreading network, fibre network, entrance telephone system, fire-alarm system, voice notification system, access control system, burglar alarm system, clock system, robbery alarm system with RFID gates for lending from the library, internal television, electric clip lift with a charging station.

Requirement: The tenderer is required to have a legally established company and a secure ability to fulfil the contract.

Documentation: 1. Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.

2. Overview of the number of employees in the company, divided between administration and production.

Tax certificates: Two tax and fee certificates shall be submitted:

— Tax certificate (tax, advanced payment, attachment of earnings, employer contributions);

— VAT certificate.

Tax certificate for tax and for VAT can be ordered at the same place. Tenderers can either apply to their local tax collection office or to the tax office.

The certificates should be no more than six months old from the tender deadline.

Tenderers with a registered office in another EEA country than Norway must submit equivalent certificates in accordance with the procurement regulations §§ 11.10 (3) and 20-12 (3).

HSE self-declaration

All tenderers must submit an HSE self-declaration by the tender deadline. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the attached form in the tender documentation. Tenderers registered in StartBANK can state their StartBANK ID or send in a copy of their StartBANK certificate of registration instead.

Documentation: Complete financial statements for the last three years including audit reports.

Requirement: Broad experience is required from contracts of similar size and complexity:

Documentation: Reference projects carried out in the last 5 years. With information on

— the contracting authority;

— the extent of the assignment;

— further description of the assignment;

— value;

— the date of execution;

— the tenderer's assignments in the project.
