K206 Construction works. The building consists of 4 floors, with the 1st floor partly lying into the terrain with 2 free sides. Floors are of varying heights from gross height 5,3 of schedule 1 and 2, 4,1 m in plan 3, while the 4th floor varies from 4,5 m to 8,7 m plus cornices.This contract essentially includes all of the interior construction works for architectural disciplines, including rigging, and operation, as well as the related assistance works for electrical and HVAC work. In addition, this contract includes diverse external carpentry works on the roof, outer walls in the workshop yard as well as insulation and roofing of all roof surfaces.The interior construction works consist of masonry walls, fibre plaster walls, glass walls, system walls, custom interior fittings (project hall wall), acoustic ceilings, system ceilings, floor coverings with building up, log-end wood floors, painting works, doors, hatches, gates, locks and fittings works, steel stairs, steel railings, as well as various supplementary works / equipment / fixtures.It is specifically noted that works in and around the project hall shall be part of this contract. Here, interior walls / glass facades/ dense facades with trim in height corresponding four high floors shall be erected toward a large open hall. In this.

Statsbygg has been given the task of planning and preparing the execution of a new university college site for Bergen Academy of Art and Design with a starting point of 300 students.

The development in Møllendal will locate all students and employees in the same place, thus providing more effective teaching.

The new premises for the Bergen Academy of Art and Design in Møllendal in Bergen are planned with a gross area of 14 500 m

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirement: The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.

Documentation: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.

Tax certificates: 2 tax and fee certificates shall be submitted:

— Tax certificate (tax, advanced payment, attachment of earnings, employer contributions).

— VAT certificate.

Tax certificate for tax and for VAT can be ordered at the same place. Tenderers can either apply to their local tax collection office or to the tax office.

The certificates should be no more than six months old from the tender deadline.

Tenderers with a registered office in another EEA country than Norway must submit equivalent certificates in accordance with the procurement regulations §§ 11.10 (3) and 20-12 (3).

HSE self-declaration

All tenderers must submit an HSE self-declaration by the tender deadline. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the attached form in the tender documentation. Tenderers registered in StartBANK can state their StartBANK ID or send in a copy of their StartBANK certificate of registration instead.

Requirement: Broad experience is required from assignments of similar size and complexity.

Experience as a main company in accordance with the Norwegian Working Environment Act is required.

Documentation: Reference projects carried out in the last 5 years. With information on:

— the contracting authority;

— the extent of the assignment;

— further description of;

— the assignment;

— value;

— the date of execution;

— if the company has been the primary company in the project;

— tenderer's assignments in the project.
