Participating municipalities and companies (henceforth referred to as the Client) for this contest are:The municipalities: Ålesund, Giske, Skodje and Haram.The intermunicipal company and limited company: The Ålesund region intermunicipal environmental company(ÅRIM)The following companies in Ålesund municipality do not participate in the agreement: Ålesund municipalproperty (ÅKE), Ålesund parking Ltd (ÅP), Ålesund fire brigade (ÅBV),the Ålesund region’s port authority (ÅHV)It is difficult to estimate the value of the framework agreement and the scope of each product.At present, Ålesund municipality has approx. 300 units (vehicles/equipment) registered in the currentvehicle administration scheme. This may vary during the agreement period. The remainingmunicipalities/companies will require a smaller scope, and some municipalities/companies will only have a fewunits. The contracting authority estimates that approx. half of the vehicles/equipment are presently financed through leasing.These are only rough estimates and are only meant to give the tenderers a guide tothe scope of the contract. The scope of the contract can vary from this duringthe contract period. The contracting authority is not bound by the stated estimate/extent.The volume for each municipality/company will, during the agreement period, depend on i.a.requirements, activities, budgetary situations and other frame factors. The volume stated inthe price form is only given in order to achieve a price comparison in connection with the evaluation.
