Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The Contracting Authority will assess the finances of tenderers through the company and accounting information system Bisnode AS. (www.soliditet.no/creditcontrol) with the service CreditPro. The Contracting Authority will not accept credit ratings from other company and accounting information systems than Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro. Tenderers can enclose other necessary information in the tender if there are conditions at the tenderer which mean that Bisnode/CreditPro does not have an accurate picture of the financial situation. Any requirements:

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The financial capacity to carry out the contract is required. As a minimum, it is a requirement that the supplier is credit worthy A in accordance with Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Experience: A reference list must be attached with a minimum of three references showing that the qualification requirement is met. For each reference assignment, information must be given about the assignment's content and scope, value, date, duration, contracting authority, contact person at the contracting authority with email address and telephone number.

Attached is an annex which can be used for the documentation requirement.

Environment: Tenderers shall fill in the self-declaration form on environmental management (annex 5). This is to document that the requirement is met.

Ethical and social requirement: The tenderer shall fill out a Self-declaration form for Ethical and social requirements (Annex 4).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Experience: The tenderer is required to have experience from equivalent assignments. By equivalent assignment, we mean receiving and recycling of residual waste, of the same scope in tonnage, duration and value.

Environment: To ensure that the environmentally relevant requirements in the contract are complied with, the tenderer is required to have sufficient relevant environmental competence, management systems and procedures for quality assurance for the services included in the contract.

Social requirements: The tenderer is obligated to comply with ethical and social requirements in their own organisation in accordance with annex 4, as well as contribute to compliance at sub supplier/s who contribute to the fulfilment of this contract.
