Sørlandet sykehus HF Kristiansand shall procure x-ray equipment for the universal x-ray laboratory at the Radiological Department, SSK.
The equipment shall be used for x-ray examinations, x-ray and intervention examinations (children and adults).
The equipment shall be optimised for use in the areas mentioned below, both for x-ray and exposure:
— All types of sunts and catheters/tube overviews;
— All types of skeleton examinations (including small skeletons);
— Intervention examinations, such as the insertion of nephrostomi catheters, bile drainage (PTC) and abcess drainage;
— Functionality that covers GIT (gastrointestinal system) examinations;
— Urinary tract examinations;
— Venography;
— Airway examinations;
— Fistula graphy;
— ERCP;
— Scoliosis and bone length measurements.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

K 01 Tax certificate — Requirement: Tenderers must have submitted their tax assessments and paid tax and payroll tax. Documented by: Tax certificate. The certificate shall not be older than six months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to use sub-providers, tax certificates must also be provided for them.

K 02 VAT certificate — Requirement: Tenderers must have submitted their VAT statements and paid VAT. Documented by: VAT certificate. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to use sub-providers, tax certificates for VAT must be provided for them as well.

K 03 Company Registration Certificate — Requirement: The tenderer must be a legally established company. Documented by: Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre or equivalent from the tenderer's home country.

K 04 HSE self-declaration — Requirement: The tenderer shall vouch for the company working systematically to comply with the health, environment and safety legislation and that they comply with the internal control regulations. The tenderer must also confirm that the company is legally organised in relation to applicable tax and working environment regulations for employees' professional and social rights, and shall accept that the contracting authority has the right to review and verify the company's system for safeguarding of health, environment and safety. Documented by: A signed HSE self-declaration.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

A creditworthiness of A is required to be eligible for this competition. Recently established companies, companies that have not been credit-rated, or companies that have a poorer 'rating' than that indicated (A), may instead state their parent company's guarantees, etc., that provides a similar security, for the ability to comply with contractual obligations. Tenderers are obliged to present documentation.
