The ultrasound apparatus will be used at the hospitals in Helse Møre og Romsdal HF. The apparatus shall be used for comprehensive and specialised echocardiography examinations, including use of echo contrast and stress echo examinations. Must be able to execute examinations with contract, 3D/4D trans-thoracic and trans-oesophageal.

Framework agreement for ultrasound apparatus that shall be used in the Medical department, Gastroenterology Unit at the four hospitals in Helse Møre og Romsdal HF. The apparatus shall be utilised for normal ultrasound examinations, and for elastography and contrast investigations of abdominal organs. In addition, equipment for gun biopsy of lesions in the liver.

Company Registration Certificate.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company. Documentation. Company registration certificate or equivalent from the applicant's home country.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit assessment from an approved credit rating institution, such as Lindorff or Experian. The assessment must be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past two years. If the tenderer has any valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, the supplier may prove the financial position with any other document that is acceptable to the Contracting Authority. The tenderer must make written contact with the Contracting authority before the tender deadline in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable.

The tenderer is required to have good finances: The tenderer shall be credit worthy, have sufficient liquidity and low bankruptcy risk. Documentation: Credit rating from an approved credit rating institution, such as LIndorff or Experian. The assessment must be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past 2 years.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

A reference list of the company's most important relevant deliveries over the last three years must be included with the tender, including their value, relevance, time, and recipient. The references will be checked if necessary.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Experience is required from equivalent or relevant assignments/deliveries.
