Procurement of two lorries

The department requires two new lorries (one three-axled and one four-axled).
The four-axled lorry shall be adapted to the section for maintenance/acute stand-by's (VDI) stand-by equipment so that the lorry can be used to transport the equipment out to the relevant work places. In addition a dumper box with a front hook lift shall be included.
The three-axled lorry shall be equipped with a dumper box.
The two new lorries shall replace three old lorries that are from 1994, 2002 and 2003, which are used for excavations. The old vehicles no longer fulfil the department's requirements for such vehicles, neither as regards user qualities or environmental qualities. The lorries shall be taken in part exchange.

The tenderer must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement:
The company's last three annual accounts including notes, the boards annual reports and audit reports, as well as newer information of relevance to the company' fiscal figures and a credit rating, which is not older than 3 months, based on the last known fiscal figures. The credit rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. The credit rating date shall be clear in the document.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A good ability to fulfil the contract is required, including satisfactory service and technical assistance.
Documentation requirement:
A description of the supplier's technical personnel and technical units the supplier has at his disposition to fulfil the contract, regardless of whether they belong to the company or not. An organisation chart shall be enclosed.
The supplier shall have a good and well functioning quality assurance system.
Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies that confirms the supplier fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2008 or equivalent.
The contracting authority will also accept other documentation which shows that the tenderer has equivalent quality assurance measures.
