Procurement of reporting and presentation tools

The purpose of the procurement is to ensure NAV access to software for production of statistics, a broad spectrum of reporting needs, and a series of different control requirements used in various internal and external business processes in NAV. Extremely different user groups will utilise all or parts of the software.
The solution to be purchased is a standard solution and should be offered as a tool or a combination of several tools. In this regard it is significant that the user experiences each work process as seamless, and with one user interface. Furthermore, it is desirable that data, semantics, retrieval definitions and templates are reused as much as possible across the tool base.
— The solution shall give the Client support for their operative management of the daily production of services and performance.
— The solution will enable the Client to follow up management objectives and risk reporting related to the NAV offices' activities and managers goal follow-up.
— The solution shall give the Client the possibility to undertake fast and ad-hoc reporting against both internal and external user groups
— The solution shall give the Client the possibility to undertake extraction and combination of data from Data warehouse and the source systems for delivery to government agencies, municipalities and private sector.
— The solution shall give the Client support for, and the possibility to present relevant information and computer network on https://www.nav.no and other websites for external interests and political decision makers
In addition, NAV shall have services for establishing (installation and configuration), migration, training, service and support, and consulting.
The agreement shall be management friendly and affordable, and i.a.cover the follow areas:
— Tool to create a solution for the needs connected to operative control.
— Tool to create a solution for the needs connected to Scorecards/risk reporting/follow-up of management objectives.
— A reporting tool to use for Fast and Ad hoc reporting.
— Tool for extraction of data to other participants/further analysis.
— Tool to create a solution which covers the needs connected to presentation of data externally (https://www.nav.no, etc.)
— Installation, configuration, migration, implementing users/access control, training, service, maintenance/support, and consulting.
The solution can be offered as one or more tools with one or more modules.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The purchasing agreement shall have a duration of 4 years from signing. The contracting authority (the customer) has the option to extend the contract for an additional 1 + 1 years.
The maintenance agreement shall have a duration of 2 years from signing. The contracting authority (the Customer) has the option to extend the agreement for an additional 1 + 1 + 1 +1 years.

Qualification requirement:
Extremely good implementation ability is required in connection to the system/tool and migration of data.
Documentation requirement:
— Description of the tenderer's technical capacity and professional qualifications. A description is requested regarding the capacity of the relevant entities at the tenderer. With regard to qualifications, a short overview of the general relevant expertise at the service provider's disposal, is requested.
