Norsk pasientskadeerstatning (NPE) (Norwegian Patient Compensation)

NPE wants to establish a new framework agreement for office furniture. Primarily, all products from the tenderer's catalogue shall be purchasable through the agreement, but there are 6 particular categories that will make up the predicted highest volume of the agreement. These are:
— work and visual display terminal table,
— other tables for offices,
— office chairs,
— storage furniture,
— visitor chairs.
These categories also constitute the basis for calculation for the prices used as the basis for the implementation of the contest.

In connection with the assessment of the functions and comfort of the office chairs, tenderers are invited to a product showcase. The tenderers shall bring the offered chairs with them and deliver them to Wergelandsveien 1, to the auditorium behind the main reception in the entrance hall. The chairs are to be delivered between 8:00 and 9:00 on Monday 24.8.2015, and collected again on the same day between 15:00 and 15:30. There are no arrangements for the Tenderer's to present the products.

The tenderer is required to be a legally established company. This should be documented with a company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre, alternatively a transcript from the Entity Register. Foreign tenderers are required to submit a certificate of registration in the Register of Business Enterprises as prescribed in the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Economic solidity shall be documented by a credit assessment from an officially approved credit rating institution. The evaluation shall be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past 3 years.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The tenderer is required to have good financial solidity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

An overview of the tenderer's most important, similar deliveries during the last three years shall be attached, including a description of the assignment, their value, dates and recipients.

Representation in Norway shall be documented with an office address in Norway, and an overview and designation of occupation of the employees who have their workplace in Norway.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Experience is required from similar deliveries and the Tenderer shall be represented in Norway.
