Nye Veier AS is being established and shall be operation from 1.1.2016. The company is owned by The Ministry of Transport and shall be located in the Kristiansands area. A lean, effective Contractor organisation shall be established to ensure comprehensive and cost-effective development and operation of traffic save main roads.
The purpose of the procurement is to ensure the Customer the necessary IT functionality and services that support the Customer's strategy as well as ensuring effective daily operation. The Customer needs to enter into an agreement for 3 years + 1 year with a tenderer who can procure the necessary IT functionality and services. The Customer wants to enter into agreement with 1 tenderer who can take total responsibility for the Customer's technical platform and function as a strategic partner and consultant during the agreement period.

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— The tenderer shall have experience from a minimum of 3 similar assignments during the last 3 years.
— The tenderer shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity.
— A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that are to be provided.
