The purpose of the procurement
The Procurement Co-operation in Sunnmøre shall enter into a new framework agreement regarding the purchase of foodstuff, including; - Groceries-Dry goods- Frozen fish – Eggs and Poultry
The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a contract with a full-range supplier for this product group. The full-range supplier shall cover the participating municipalities' requirements for such products. This means that the chosen supplier must be able to deliver all the requested products in the price form, and must have a satisfactory assortment of other products that are included in this range of products.
The contract shall be signed for two (2) years with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year. The maximum duration for this framework agreement is, therefore, four (4) years.
All municipalities and user locations shall enter into the agreement 1.9.2015.
