This contest concerns a framework agreement for the delivery of consulting services in project management/project assistance. A contract will be signed with one tenderer. The chosen tenderer shall assist the Contracting Authority as needed during the contract period. The projects will primarily include projects connected to development work and public procurement in AtB's service areas.
The agreement shall be signed for a period of two years with an option to extend for a further one year + one year.

In previous years, AtB has purchased approx. 2 000 hours annually of project management/project assistance, but it is expected that the purchase of assistance will be somewhat lower in the coming years due to hiring of employees. The scope of the assignment will in addition vary during the contract period, but the estimated average scope per year is approx. 1 000 hours per year.
