Procurement of electronic tube leveller in the Opera tunnel

The bridge section in the eastern region is responsibility for Bjørvika submerged tunnel, which is a part of the Opera tunnel system. The bridge section would like to procure an automatic electronic tube leveller for the construction of the new Munch museum, which shall monitor settlement in the tunnel in the relevant area. The system shall continually send measurements via the GSM network. The tube leveller system shall go from profile 6317.5 to profile 6205 with 6 measuring points. The tunnel is close to rock with profile number 6317.5. This point is seen as a fixed point.
This contract includes:
— Engineering design services for and delivery of a tube leveller.
— Assembly of the tube leveller.
— Operatin and maintenance of the tube leveller.

This is a mixed contract for both supplies, services and works. The work will be divided into four phases: Phase 1 — engineering design services: It is assumed that the actual systems must be adapted to the tunnel and that this will require engineering design services for the placement, fixing, cabling and tube systems. There will also be a need for planning the assembly work as the time for assembly is limited.Phase 2, supplies: The supplies part of the assignment will be the production and delivery of the actual tube leveller system with datalogging and a transmission unit, as well as commissioning of the system when it has been assembled in the tunnel.Phase 3, works: This will consist of assembling the delivered tube leveller system in the Opera tunnel. The assembly work will mainly consist of fixing measuring units, wires and tubes on the tunnel wall, as well as connecting the system.Phase 4, operation and maintenance services: The operation and maintenance system starts after the system has been commissioned.This includes inspections and necessary maintenance of the system in order to prevent operational stoppages.The operation and maintenance of the system shall not be included in the chapter E, but will be paid as daywork.The operation and maintenance of the system shall be carried out for 2 years after the system has been commissioned.

Option a: There is an option in chapter E for process 36.912 and process 36.922. The option can be used for 2 years.
Option b: The period for the operation and maintenance is extended by 2 years to a total of 4 years.
