The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Eastern Region, hereafter called the contracting authority invite tenderers to a competition for services within rock drilling in the Eastern Region.
We would like to enter into a framework agreement for controlled rock drilling in the Eastern Region, i.e. in Oppland, Hedmark, Oslo, Akershus and Østfold counties. The framework agreement will last for 1 year calculated from the date that both parties have signed the contract with an option for a 1 + 1 + 1 year extension.
The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with up to 4 tenderers.
