The number of portions will be approx. 110 per day, but it can vary between 90 and 110 portions depending on the cover in the prison, this also includes special food upon request, such as pork free, gluten free, fish free etc.The dinners are preferably to be delivered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays by 12:00.The menu is to stretch over 4 weeks and is to vary throughout the year.Deliveries must be in accordance with the provided menu. If not, at least two days notice must be given before the delivery.We do not want deliveries of starters/desserts.
