The Tenderer shall have financial capacity to fulfil the agreement.

Credit rating no older than 4 months with respect to tender deadline, with key figures from a recognised credit agency.

The Tenderer shall have a credit rating equivalent to or better than:

‘A'—Strong capacity to meet financial commitments, but somewhat susceptible to adverse economic conditions and changes in circumstances.

Tenderers not able to achieve such a credit rating, e.g. newly started businesses, may submit other documentation and an explanation as to why the Tenderer should be regarded as having sufficient financial capacity despite not being able to achieve the required credit rating.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

A list of the main relevant services provided by the Tenderer in the past 3 years, with the sums, dates and recipients, whether public or private, involved. Evidence of delivery and services provided shall be given:

— where the recipient was a contracting authority, in the form of certificates issued or countersigned by the competent authority;

— where the recipient was a private purchaser, by the purchaser‘s certification;

— or, failing this, simply by a declaration by the economic operator.

If the Tenderer tenders for more than one area, experience in each area shall be listed separately.

The Tenderer shall have sufficient manpower to ensure proper supply of services.
