Procurement of consultancy services for preparing an electro handbook

The contracting authority would like tenders for consultancy services for the development of an electro handbook.
An expert group will be set up in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration that will design and contribute to standardised systems for electrotechnical installations.
The assistance we now require will consist of project management and a secretary function for the preparation of an ‘electro handbook’, follow-up of the adopted progress plan, sending out meeting summons and minutes from the meetings. The contract will also include written design of an electro handbook and completion of the project.
The aim of the contract is to describe standardised systems to ensure that stable and tested technology and quality are used in the agency's electrotechnical installations This shall be done by writing a new handbook.
The contract's extent:
The contract period is 1 year from the date that both parties sign the contract. In addition there will be a 1 year option.
The contract's amount or value:
The contract's estimated number of hours is 650.
Options:
The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for 350 hours and for up to 1 year, so that the total possible contract length is 2 years.
Number of tenderers:
For this procurement, a contract will be signed with 1 tenderer.
