Be a resource and an advisory body for health, environment and safety work and contribute to the managers at all levels in the Norwegian Coastal Administration fulfilling their HSE responsibilities.
The Norwegian Coastal Administration would preferably like assistance with the systematic HSE work in the entity, with the main focus on the development of good and health promoting work places, as well as focus on developing internal HSE competence.
The entity is adhering to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affair's regulations on employers'use of certified company health services, which define what the service shall include.
Stipulated by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs 10.9.2009 pursuant to the Act dated 17.6.2005 no. 62 on working environment, work hours, job protection etc. (the Working Environment Act) § 3-3 fourth and fifth sections.
The following services are not included in the contract:
Services that are not in the Ministry of Labour and Social Affair's regulations on employers' use of certified company health services shall not be included in the contract.

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.

Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from the tenderer's homeland.

Foreign tenderers should preferably deliver equivalent certificates in Norwegian.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer is required to have good finances: The tenderer shall be credit worthy, have sufficient liquidity and low bankruptcy risk.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Credit assessment from an organisation licensed by the Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) to conduct credit assessment operations.

The assessment must be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past 2 years.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Experience from equivalent or relevant assignments/deliveries of the same scope, nature and complexity is required.

Tenderers are required to be a certified BHT provider by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

A reference list of the company's five most important relevant deliveries over the last 3 years must be included with the tender, including their values, relevance, dates and recipients. The references will be checked if necessary. The references must be recorded on the attached form, Annex 1.

Certified stamp, as well as documentation that it is valid for the entire contract period.
