Helse Møre og Romsdal HF would like an extraction system that gives the greatest possible analysis capacity within a cost limit of 960 000 NOK (excluding reagents and consumables). The system/systems must be able to handle extraction from primarily sample tubes and the set up of PCR without a need for manual pipetting. If there is no compatibility with the department's existing PCR instruments, PCR instrument(s) must also be included in the tender in order for the tenderer to be considered.
The main aim of the procurement is to make quick reply times, more efficient operations and reduced operational expenses possible. At the same time top analytical quality is to be maintained.

The tenderer is required to have good finances: The tenderer shall be credit worthy, have sufficient liquidity and low bankruptcy risk. A credit rating shall be presented from a certified credit institution, such as Lindorff or Experian. The assessment must be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past 2 years.

If the tenderer has any valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, the supplier may prove the financial position with any other document that is acceptable to the Contracting Authority. The tenderer must make written contact with the Contracting authority before the tender deadline in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable.
