Procurement of an art lift for the new Munch museum

The aim of this procurement is to contract a contractor for contract M013 Art lift.
The art lift is a special lift for transporting art in/out for temporary exhibitions from elsewhere, or when the museum's art shall be transport in/out. In addition the lift is critical for internal transportation of art pieces in the museum. The art lift is a goods lift that must be specially adapted to the Munch museum's pieces of art in addition to being able to transport tools and machines — the largest/heaviest is a scissor lift of 2 500 kg. The design of the art lift will have to be tailor-made due to the requirements for the doors, the somewhat restricted machine room and the need to exploit the maximum out of available lift shaft.

Oslo kommune requires that the contractor uses at least 1 apprentice for work connected to this contract during the assembly phase. The contractor shall document that the requirement is fulfilled by the start of the work, and otherwise upon the contracting authority's request. The apprentice requirement shall be met regardless of whether the work is carried out by a main contractor or subcontractor.

— A list of the most important deliveries or provided services from the previous 5 years, including information on content, value, date and the name of the public or private recipient.

— The contractor shall have good implementation ability.

— The contractor shall have experience with the delivery of specially adapted lifts of an equivalent size and function.
