Procurement of a framework agreement for removal services

The Norwegian Directorate of Health would like to enter into a framework agreement for removal services in and between the Norwegian Directorate of Health's premises in Oslo and Trondheim. There will not be moves between the two towns, only within each town. The Norwegian Directorate of Health would like to join up with a service provider who has good competence and sufficient capacity to carry out the removals resulting from changes in the Norwegian Directorate of Health. Additional services are also wanted in the framework agreement, as described in point 2.2.5. This is not an obligatory requireemnt and the framework agreement can also be awarded to service providers who do not offer these services.
It is very difficult to estimate the value of the contract, but the value is estimated to be between 1 000 000 NOK and 5 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. This estimate is not binding for the contracting authority.
A review of the organisation of health management shall be carried out in 2015 with the aim of simplifying processes and making them more efficient. This can lead to changes in the organisation of the underlying departments and the ICT area in the current Norwegian Directorate of Health. The contracts that are signed must therefore be applicable to departments and entities that are added and/or separated from the Norwegian Directorate of Health in the contract period. Furthermore, entities that are separated must be able to leave the contract on the desired date in the contract period.
