Procurement of a competition and contract administration tool

A contract shall be signed for the procurement of an electronic contract administration tool and a competition tool.
In order to administer various functions anchored in the procurement rules, the contracting authority would like to procure a system that is very suitable for systemising and making all the stages in the procurement process and contract administration more efficient.
By implementing an electronic tool the DSS would like to take care of the entire procurement process and the contract's validity period from when the need occurs to when the contract expires.
Users of all levels, both in the DSS and the rest of the joint ministries shall easily be able to keep updated, correct and the same information on which contracts are available, as well as being able to process the competition in an efficient and uniform way.
Further details will be in the the competition documents, which will be sent to the qualified tenderers.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Reference list of the tenderer's two most important contracts in the last three years with relevance

for this assignment. The reference list shall include the contracting authority's name and a named

contact person as a reference. Furthermore, the contract's scope shall be stated in

the reference list and we would, thus, like the value of the contract to be stated,

as well as the number of users. It must be apparant what was delivered and what role

the tenderer had in the delivery, as well as any sub suppliers/collaboration partners.

— Description of the tenderer's capacity, including referring to the current

manpower and any collaboration partners.

— Description of environmental management measures.
