The procurement has previously been announced under procurement number 132-BYM-2014. Due to an error in connection with the implementation of the contest, it was decided to cancel the contest and announce it anew. This procurement comprises the purchase of a case processing system where it is very difficult to make a comprehensive description of the desired solution. It is therefore appropriate that negotiations can be carried out in order to obtain the most optimal solution in relation to our needs. Negotiations will take place with up to four suppliers based on the award criteria. The negotiations must be able to proceed in several rounds and include both solution and price. NB: this procurement previously has been announced under the procurement number 132-BYM-2014 (Doffin ref: 2014-326839 and TED-ref: 2014/S 235-414186). Due to an error in connection with the implementation of the contest, it was decided to cancel the contest and announce it anew.
