It is a condition that the broker implements contests for all type of insurance services, except pension insurances. The value of the framework agreement is difficult to estimate. Based on historical figures the value of the brokerage services is estimated to be 2 000 000 NOK over a 4 year period and the value of insurance services is estimated to be between 60 000 000 NOK and 80 000 000 NOK over a 4 year period.These are only rough estimates and are only meant to give the tenderers a guide to the scope of the Agreement. The scope of the agreement can deviate from this during the contract period. The Contracting Authority is not bound by the stated estimate/value. The volume for each municipality will be dependent on i.a. the Customers' requirements, activities budgetary situation and other frame factors.

The contract period is 2 years from signing of the contract, with an option for the contracting authority to prolong the agreement with 2 years.

Documentation requirement:
The contracting authority will assess the finances of tenderers through the company and accounting information system Bisnode AS.
(www.soliditet.no/creditcontrol) with the service CreditPro.
The Contracting Authority will not accept credit ratings from other company and accounting information systems than Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro.
Tenderers can enclose other necessary information in the tender, if a tenderer believes that Bisnode/CreditPro does not provide a correct picture of the financial situation.
This also applies to foreign tenderers.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Requirement: The financial capacity to fulfil the contract is required.
The minimum requirement is that the tenderer is credit worthy, A in accordance with Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro or the financial capacity to fulfil the contract based on the contracting authority's judgement in relation to the attached documentation from the tenderer.

Concession:
Documentation requirement: Documentation from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway that substantiates that the tenderer has permission to conduct insurance brokerage services in Norway c.f. the Act on insurance activity.
Environment:
Documentation requirement: The tenderer shall fill out a self-declaration form on environmental management (Annex 3). This is to substantiate that the requirement is met.

Requirement: The tenderer shall have permission to conduct insurance brokerage services in Norway.
Environment:
Requirement: To ensure compliance with the contract's environmentally relevant requirements, tenderers are required to have sufficient relevant environmental competence, management systems and routines for quality assurance of the products included in the contract.
