Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tax and VAT certificate.
Requirement:
Requirements: The tenderer must have the tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order in accordance with the legal provisions.
Documentation:
Tax and VAT certificate. The certificate shall not be more than 6 months from the the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified.
Tenderers who are not established in Norway can present equivalent documentation issued by the authorities in the country where the tenderer is established.
The tenderer can himself obtain the electronic tax and VAT certificate and immediately receive it by e-mail.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit Rating.
Documentation:
The Contracting Authority will assess the finances of the tenderer through the company and accounting information system Bisnode AS (www.soliditet.no/creditcontrol) with the service CreditPro.
The Contracting Authority will not accept credit ratings from other company and accounting information systems than Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro.
Tenderers can enclose other necessary information in the tender if a tenderer believes that Bisnode/CreditPro does not provide a correct picture of the financial situation.
This also applies to foreign tenderers.

Requirement:
The financial capacity to carry out the contract is required. The minimum requirement is that the tenderer is credit worthy, A in accordance with Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro or the financial capacity to fulfil the contract based on the contracting authority's judgement in relation to the attached documentation from the tenderer.

Experience.
Documentation:
A reference list shall be attached with the tender. The list shall contain minimum one reference that indicates that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Information shall be given about the assignment's content, scope and value, date, contract period, the name of the contracting authority and the contact person with e-mail address and telephone no.

Environment.
Tenderers shall complete the self-declaration form regarding environmental management (annex 4). This is to be documentation that the requirement is fulfilled.
Ethical and social requirements.
The tenderer shall fill in and attach a Self-declaration form about Ethical and social requirements (Annex 3).
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Experience.
The tenderer, or employees at the tenderer are required to have experience from major assignments.
Major assignments are in this context defined as the delivery and installation of equivalent system, the procurement of cleaned metal fractions from the plant, shipping, processing and sale to relevant recipients.
Environment.
To ensure compliance with the contract's environmentally relevant requirements, it is required that the tenderer has sufficient relevant environmental competence, control systems and routines for quality assurance of the services included in the contract.

Ethical and social requirements.
The tenderer is obliged to comply with ethical and social requirements in own business in accordance with annex 3, as well contribute to compliance at the sub-supplier or those sub-suppliers that contribute to fulfilment of this contract.
