The Contracting Authority wants to enter into framework agreement for the hire of lorries (hereafter called tipper trucks) with or without trailers, including driver and hire of vehicle with crane, including driver, beyond what can be covered by VAV's own capacity.
Assignments are executed in connection with repairs and upgrading of The Water and Sewage Authority's pipe network etc.
The Water and Sewage Authority's need for hired:
- tipper trucks (three axles) with approx. 10 m³ capacity, will at all times be in the magnitude of six to eight units.
The expected need per year is approx.:
— Number of hours, hours driving: 17 000
— Number of hours, hour/km driving: 1 000
— Number of kilometres, hour/km driving: 15 000
Drivers must be flexible on tasks that are assigned. This can also include work outside of the vehicle such as for example participate in incidental building and construction work as needed.
Expected distribution between driving and incidental building and construction work is respectively approx. 60/ 40 (percentage shares).
-Vehicles with cranes must have a deck length of approx. 6.5 metres, maximum load of approx. seven tonnes and cranes which can lift a minimum of six tonnes on an eight metre arm.
The expected need per year is approx.:

-Other transport services
VAV does not have large scope of other transport services, but want discount rates on the at any given time valid list price for other transport services that the tenderer at any given time can offer.
The scope is provided based on experience from the last three years. The Contracting Authority's need is expected to be at this level also in the future. The volume is, however, meant as information for tenderers and is not binding for the contracting authority. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to adjust the scope according to any changed needs.
VAV requires that the tenderer is familiar with the applicable regulations related to work on sewage systems (pipe network and installations) relevant to the execution of the service.

It is attached to the qualification documentation with the intent of informing relevant tenderers about the Contracting Authority's need. With the tender invitation stage two of the contest, the final version of the requirement specification will be present as an annex. Minor changes must be expected from the preliminary version to the final version.
