The objective of this procurement is to comply with the Contracting Authority's requirement for maintenance services on the Norwegian Armed Forces' various aircraft arresting systems. The tender contest shall result in a framework agreement on inspections, phase inspections and man-hour based maintenance.The Air Force has the following aircraft arresting systems:— Five Portarrest, P-4, BAK-12,o shall be maintained in accordance with TO 35E8-2-1-5031— Five BAK-12 with BAK-14 configuration,o shall be maintained in accordance with TO 35E8-3-1-5001, 35E8-3-2-5001 and 35E8-3-3-5001— One Water Twister AA34B-1C,o shall be maintained in accordance with TO 35E8-2-1-5021The systems are divided as followed at the Norwegian Armed Forces' locations:— Bodø Main Air Station, two stationary systems.— Ørland Main Air Station, two stationary systems.— Rygge Main Air Station, two stationary systems.— Kjeller Air Force Bace (in regards to airport operations at Kjeller),one stationary system.— Four mobile systems, may be located at all of the Norwegian Armed Forces' air stations.The maintenance services mainly includes that the supplier disassembles and collects the aircraft arresting systems at the Norwegian Armed Forces' locations, and then implements the depot maintenance in own premises. Each system shall be completely maintained approximately every tenth year.The framework agreement shall also provide basis for orders where the purpose is to cover the continuing requirements on maintenance and repairs of the aircraft arresting systems at the Norwegian Armed Forces' locations. This comes as an addition to the planned depot maintenance in accprdamce with the description given above.The framework agreement period is four years. The Contracting Authority reserves the right (option) to an unilateral prolongation of the framework agreement of up to three years, divided in one option or several options.See also the prequalification documentation.20 000 000
