The figures below on the consumption of plumbing services are not binding for the contracting authority and are subject to budgets and the amount of assignments varying from year to year. Call-offs made by the Property Management Department on existing framework agreements for plumbing services for the period 2012-2015 so far amount to approximately 2 000 000-3 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum for operation and 1 000 000-2 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum for investments.

Requirement: Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Documentation:
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre;
— Foreign companies: proof that the company is registered in a trade index or register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Documentation: a credit assessment/rating — not older than 3 months (from the tender deadline) — based on the last known accounting figures.
The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The rating shall include a definition of the classification that the credit rating institution uses.
The company's last Annual Report (including the auditor's assessment), as well as recent information that is relevant for the company's fiscal figures.
For newly established companies, the founding document and opening balance are sufficient.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: good capacity and implementation ability are required and the company is required to have a quality assurance system.
It is desirable that the company has a specifically expressed environmental policy.
Tenderers are required to be certified as an apprentice company and actively use apprentices for work for the contracting authority.
Documentation: an account of the average workforce and administration in the last 3 years.
A list of the most important contracts in the last three years with information on the value, date and name of the contract party.
Central certification in development class 3 for executers and development class 2 for engineering designers, alternatively documentation that such certification will be in place before the contract is signed.
E.g. ISO 9001:2015 certification or equivalent documentation.
Completed self-declaration form on environmental profile — annex 5.
Independent documentation of certification as an apprentice company and a concrete plan that supports that the tenderer will actively use apprentices for work for the contracting authority.
