Qualification requirement: The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement for Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Registre Centre.
Documentation requirement for foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification requirement: The tenderer must have the sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment / contract.
Documentation: Presentation of a report from a publicly certified credit rating company. The documentation shall be the latest possible updated version, not older than 3 months. Ratings that are not equivalent to credit-worthy can result in the tenderer not being deemed qualified in the contest.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Implementation ability and capacity.
Qualification requirement: The tenderer shall have experience with comparable assignments with deliveries to larger contracting authorities with several delivery addresses.
Documentation requirement: The tenderers 3 principal relevant reference for the previous 5 years shall be stated. Information should be provided about each delivery regarding what the contract involves and its value, the time and name of the recipient, telephone number and email address that the contracting authority can contact if necessary.

Qualification requirement: A good, well-functioning quality assurance system is required: A quality assurance system is a management tool that is required to ensure and improve the quality of the work. It is made up of the organisation as well as all the procedures and processes that are required to achieve the planned quality. The system shall include procedures for document steering, reporting non-compliance and initiating corrective measures with non-compliance.
